At the conclusion of the activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify the genetic mutations causing cystic fibrosis (CF) and their
clinical importance.
- Describe the molecular basis of new CF therapies.
- Define the historical and clinical evolution of the clinical picture and
therapy of CF and the role of SCHC physicians in them.

Attending physicians, referring physicians, nursing staff, residents, students and other health care professionals who care for children.
