Event Description
Bobby Bailey and two other friends founded Invisible Children in 2005 after they took a life changing trip to Africa. They fell in love with the children and decided that they would devote all their time and resources to making sure these children would be okay, and that’s all Bobby has been doing since! This organization focuses exclusively on the Lord’s Resistance Army conflict through an integrated four-part model that addresses the problem in its entirety: immediate needs and long-term effects. Invisible Children has grown into a largely recognized world wide organization in just a few short years.
Bobby wants to come in and speak to students about his life changing experience, and hopefully encourage eager students to get active and do something!
