Block party to kick off spring jam week of events. DJ Competition will have 15 minute set times at the Spring Jam Kickoff Party. Winners will be chosen through text to vote. Winner will perform at Spring
Jam. Applications to be in competition due Wednesday, May 8th, 2013.
