Event Description
This Spring’s W5 workshop will be Canning with Marisa McClellan. This
free two-hour workshop will demonstrate how to make and preserve jam
from seasonal produce. This workshop will also include jam tasting.
Marissa McClellan is a notable food blogger, author of "Food in Jars: Preserving in Small Batches Year-Round" and writer for the Food Network, Mrs. Wages, Grid Philly and Table Matters.
