Every day we are under immense pressure. The pressure of the air all around us! How can our bodies withstand that force? How does density affect different materials? Come visit us at Drexel University on May 24 to learn the answers to these questions and more! Several of Drexel’s finest graduate students will present an informative lecture on pressure and density, and how these concepts shape our every day experiences. Come take part in our interactive lecture/demo series where we will learn about pressure and density, and how they affect the atmosphere.
This event is geared towards high schoolers, although, especially precocious middle schoolers are more than welcome to attend. Share this with anyone whom you think might really enjoy to learn more about science!
We ask all students to please register individually, and groups are recommended. Bring your friends!! Students are allowed to select up to 2 extra tickets for parents or guardians. This event is 100% free, and a light breakfast will be provided.
