Event Description Joseph Torsella served as the US Representative to the United Nations for UN Management and Reform from 2011 to 2014, and was responsible for leading US efforts to make the UN a more efficient, accountable, respected and effective organization. In this lecture, Torsella will candidly discuss his experience, along with the importance–and challenges–of reforming the UN as it celebrates its 70th anniversary. The lecture is open to faculty, staff and students. |
