Accomplished wine writer and critic Brian Freedman will lead the tasting and seminar in which we will explore the Spanish wine region of Rias Baixas the home of the vibrant Albariño grape. Taste 8 different wines representing different expressions of this refreshing grape and stay for a delicious Spanish-inspired lunch prepared by our culinary students.
