Event Description Join a Healthier U, the College of Arts and Sciences, and the Women's Studies program for an exciting lesson in weight training best practices. This 45-minute workshop will teach you how to properly and safely use weight room equipment along with strength and circuit training to tone and firm all major muscles and improve your strength!
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Remember to bring a bottle of water and towel! RSVP by May 18, 2015.
