About our speaker: At just over one year old, Emi’s son was experiencing painful digestive issues. Despite many doctor visits and multiple tests nothing concrete was found. With little to go on other than the determination to learn and her belief she could make a difference, she helped her son recover.

The experience left her with the knowledge that food has a tremendous power to heal and give us optimal health.

What you eat matters.

Since that time Emi has catered, been a personal chef and built her own successful business supporting other high achieving executives and entrepreneurs to attain more joy and clarity in life and business by showing them how their relationship with food is a key indicator of the success they will reach.

In her coaching work, Emi helps clients overcome stress, lose weight and heal from disease while building their business. She takes the chaos of trying to make sense of what is “healthy” and ends emotional eating by connecting increased self-awareness and clarity of purpose to their business goals.
