Think you're saving money by using free labor? When does a friend helping your start up become an employee or consultant? Do you currently have unpaid interns working for your start up? Recent legal developments can mean huge costs for employers.
 
Come learn about the different classifications of workers and how to avoid costly mistakes at the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic's presentation on December 3rd at 6:00pm in the Pearlstein Business Learning Center. The expert panel will feature:

  • Mike Wietrzychowski, co-chair of the Labor and Employment Group at Schnader
  • Professor Reena Parambath, co-op director at the Earle Mack School of Law.
