MELANIC Festival

Event Description
The Black Student Union invites you to its 4th annual MELANIC festival. On May 3rd from 4-8 p.m. at Race Street Lawn, this year’s MELANIC will shine its spotlight on the artistic, entrepreneurial and creative talents of Drexel students in an afternoon of solidarity, entertainment and expression. 

Activities will include an obstacle course, games and vendors, in addition to music, food and a clothing drive.

Ticket price is $3 with a donation and $5 without a donation. 

Donations can include the following: • Professional clothing including suits, ties, dresses and skirts • Casual clothing including jeans, sweatpants, exercise apparel and t-shirts • Shoes, boots, sneakers and sandals • Outerwear/Coats • Accessories including scarves, hats, gloves and belts • Handbags, purses and backpacks • Jewelry
