Event Description

Conflict can be uncomfortable, but avoiding it or managing it poorly can damage relationships and keep you from reaching your goals. In this Employee Development session, we will explore your reactions and natural approaches to conflict, learn how to choose effective strategies for different conflict situations and apply a classic conflict resolution technique. Participants should come prepared with a personal real-world conflict situation for a brief case exercise.
