Event Description International opportunities teach invaluable life skills such as resilience, flexibility, and resourcefulness, but they also have a strong influence on many students' academic and career goals. Dragons Around the World: Student Stories and Global Opportunities will feature short presentations from undergraduates who have studied abroad, completed a co-op abroad, participated in international research or a fellowship experience, and more. Hear from stellar students about their global pursuits and lessons learned both in and outside of the classroom. Plus, meet representatives from Global Drexel offices to start planning your own international opportunity, mingle with other globally-minded students, and enjoy some springtime snacks. This event is a part of the 2019 Week of Undergraduate Excellence and is being put on by the Office of Global Engagement and Education Abroad, Steinbright Career Development Center, the Center for Scholar Development, and Global Studies. |
