Event Description
This ASSPH virtual session focuses on (early) lessons learned from the coronavirus pandemic and its impact on America’s public health infrastructure and higher education.
The session begins with a 30-minute interview with Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since 1984, followed by a panel of academic public health leaders discussing how the pandemic has impacted academic public health: lessons learned, challenges, opportunities, and the road ahead.
