Event Description
Goodwin College's School of Education presents the 2011 National Teacher of the Year lecture, "Teaching, Learning and the Power of the Human Factor," by Michelle Shearer. Shearer is a high school chemistry teacher from Frederick, Maryland who was named the 2011 Teacher of the Year by the Council of Chief State School Officers.
Reception: 4-5PM. Lecture: 5-6PM.
