Graduating seniors are invited to get together and celebrate the Class of 2013's upcoming graduation at the 6th Annual Bon Voyage Senior Graduation Celebration on Saturday, June 8th from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Seniors and their guests will enjoy an exclusive party at the Drexel Boathouse, complete with a delicious BBQ, music, raffle prizes, and more! Plus, everyone in attendance will receive three free drink tickets* and Drexel seniors will receive a free "Class of 2013" shirt! Anyone who donates to the Senior Class Gift will be entered into a raffle drawing for a chance to win some great prizes, including the grand prize (an Apple iPad 2!). Free shuttle bus transportation from Drexel's campus (33rd & Market Streets) to and from the Drexel Boathouse will be running on a continuous loop from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

In 1895, Drexel President James A. MacAlister would often cancel classes and allow Drexel's first students to visit Cramps Shipyard to watch war ships set sail. In honor of this long-lost tradition, the Drexel Traditions Program has developed "Bon Voyage" to celebrate the seniors' accomplishments and upcoming graduation. This event is free for all graduating seniors. Each senior can bring one guest. Celebrate while enjoying a complimentary buffet, soft drinks, and music!
*Please note that a valid DragonCard and photo ID is required to attend and wristbands will be issued to those guests who are 21 years of age and older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be served alcohol and will not receive the three free drink tickets. Continuous shuttle service will be provided between Drexel University (33rd and Market Streets) and the Drexel Boathouse from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
