Event Description
As more offices go paperless, University employees have many questions
about how they can best accomplish digitization and/or born-digital
business processes. This workshop introduces attendees to the policy
requirements for transitioning to a full digital process, including
approved systems, imaging standards and metadata requirements, required
approvals, and resources project implementation. At the end of the
session, employees will understand requirements for electronic
recordkeeping, who to contact to get started, and what resources are
available to help them implement their new system.
