Event Description
This event is co-sponsored by the City of Philadelphia Immigrant and Multicultural Affairs and the Mayor's Office of Faith-based Initiatives.

As with other faiths that honor fasting, the month of Ramadan is a time when Muslims practice submission, self-healing, and patience during the fast. It is spiritually rewarding to share a meal with others when the fast is broken at sunset.
