Event Description
The Senior Design three-course sequence is intended to simulate a professional work environment, to provide experience working in a group on an open-ended problem and to develop information gathering and communication skills. Substantial interaction between students, faculty and industrial and governmental institutions is an integral part of this experience.
Every year the departments nominate their best team to present at a college-wide Senior Design Competition. The 2016 Celebration of Engineering Design competition will take place on Thursday, June 2, from 1:00 to 4:15 p.m. in the Mitchell Auditorium and 1st floor lobby of the Bossone Research Enterprise Center. The senior design team presentations will occur in alphabetical order by major name.
The College of Engineering and the School of Biomedical Engineering, Science and Health Systems will host the 2016 Celebration of Engineering Design competition to showcase the best of the 2016 Senior Design teams.
