Order of Engineer Ceremony

Event Description
This year’s Order of Engineer ceremony will be held on Thursday, June 9th at 6pm in Mitchell Auditorium in the Bossone Research Center Building. The Order of the Engineer is a solemn obligation to uphold the standards and the dignity of the engineering profession. The Order of the Engineer members must be licensed engineers and/or graduates (this includes seniors about to graduate) from an ABET accredited engineering curriculum. All graduating engineering seniors, faculty and practicing engineers are invited to join.

Those interested in being inducted into the Order of Engineer must submit an application. Please visit Sarah Colins in the CAEE Department, Curtis 251, before 5pm on May 16th to complete an application. This year’s guest speaker is Richard Woodring, PhD, Emeritus Dean of the College of Engineering. There will be a ceremony/induction at 6pm followed by a reception. Family of inductees are invited to attend.
