SUPER BOWL HALFTIME: The 24 Minute Miracle & Other Stories
Start Date: 6/7/2016Start Time: 6:00 PM
End Date: 6/7/2016End Time: 9:00 PM

Event Description

In the past few years I have gotten the opportunity to work on the

production of two incredible Super Bowl Halftime Show performances. The 1st

was with Bruno Mars in East Rutherford, NJ for Super Bowl XLVIII and the

2nd was in San Francisco, CA with Coldplay and Beyonce for Super Bowl 50.

During these two incredibly eye-opening opportunities I met some

extraordinary industry professionals. I have invited FIVE of them to come

speak at Drexel University about their careers thus far and their years of

professional experiences.

The event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and will take place in the URBN

Annex Screening Room (3401 Filbert Street) on the evening of Tuesday June

7th 2016 from 6-9pm. From 6-8pm, the presenters will tell stories, provide

behind the scene knowledge, present video footage, as well as engage in an

Question and Answer session regarding of their experiences with "The 24

Minute Miracle.” 24 minutes is the amount of time that the producers have

to set up the show on the field, run the show and clear it off the field

before the players take the field. Following the presentation, the event

will move to the lobby of the URBN Annex where a 1-hour dessert reception

will take place. During this time, I have suggested that students provide

resumes and speak with the presenters about potential job and internship

opportunities.
