Event Description
ScholarSip provides an opportunity for members of the Drexel community to gather for conversation – along with a toast to the end of the academic term.

The theme of the 2017/2018 event series is Research Matters: Connecting Drexel to Global Scholarship.

During each quarterly event, a distinguished Drexel professor will address this year’s theme by reflecting on how the dissemination of research through publication is critical to the development of knowledge in a particular field.

This quarter, we are pleased to welcome Drexel Professor Gordon Richards, PhD, as our guest speaker.

Dr. Richards will address this year’s theme by reflecting on why and how dissemination of research through publication is critical to the development of knowledge in astronomy and astrophysics.
