Event Description

Feedback can be viewed as a "gift" - an opportunity to further our own or someone else's growth and development. This program enables participants to identify positive outcomes derived from giving and receiving feedback, recognize the importance of non-verbal communication in any feedback message, practice effective ways of giving and receiving feedback, and identify ways of asking for feedback that allow openness and candor.
