This panel discussion focuses on what every manager needs to know about creating a safe and productive work environment from a legal and policy perspective.  The program includes presentations and Q&A with a panel of Drexel experts on employment law, Family Medical Leave, protected classes, the Americans with Disabilities Act, harassment, discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission.
