Event Description Do you spend most of your day reacting to situations? Have you ever reached an impasse at work because “it’s not you; it’s the system?” Attend this FREE webinar hosted by Drexel’s Engineering Management Program to learn how you can become a leader by developing systems thinking skills. This interactive presentation and Q&A Session is designed to enhance the awareness of a wide range of principles and mental models related to sustainable high performance in today’s dynamic and complex environment. On completion of the presentation the audience will have a framework for making choices that will lead to higher levels of success in both personal and career activities. The session will be led by Don Koestler, President at DJ Koestler, LLC, a company dedicated to teaching and consulting in concepts related to personal and organizational high performance, has taught many core courses for the Drexel Engineering Management Program. Prior to teaching at Drexel, Koestler held management and leadership positions at Rohm and Haas Company for over 40 years and played a key role in establishing the company’s Process Development Network.
