Event Description
This interprofessional, interactive program, presented by experts in the field of dementia care, will provide attendees an opportunity to learn and practice strategies for working with persons with dementia. The program will provide health and human service professionals with evidence-based knowledge and skills to support people living with dementia and their care partners.
