Event Description

Join us on August 10 and 11 to experience Masters of Deception at our sixth annual Bug Fest. Watch live bugs cleverly mimic other objects and use camouflage to survive and thrive in the natural world.

Entomology, the study of bugs, has been focus of the Academy since we opened our doors more than 200 years ago. Our annual Bug Fest is the culmination of our discovery and research, as well as our love for teaching the community about these fascinating, beautiful, and mysterious creatures.
