Event Description
The Leonard Pearlstein Gallery welcomes a new collaborative exhibit with Philadelphia nonprofit arts networking organization InLiquid titled “Spatial Translations.” The show includes drawings on Mylar, oil on canvas, and a grouping of sculptures and installations from artists Annette Cords, Brent Crothers, William Cromar and Paul Fabozzi. “Spatial Translations” focuses on the artists’ interpretation of the contemporary experience of space in urban environments similar to the way the Impressionists interpreted landscapes through emotion.
The exhibit will run from Aug. 1 through Sept. 18, with an opening reception Aug. 1st at 6 p.m. in the URBN Annex with refreshments and artist lectures.
