Event Description
Formerly known as "Performance Management: The Planning Phase", this workshop has been slightly revised to include information on the new performance management system. This session will help professional staff and their supervisors prepare for the Planning phase of the FY 2014 performance management cycle. Goal setting helps set the stage and guide performance throughout the year. This workshop focuses on how to create results-based goals, incorporate Drexel’s competencies and Shared Values, and give a high-level overview of how to create goals within the new Performance Management System on Career Pathway.
