The recent passing of civil rights icons John Lewis and C. T. Vivian is an opportunity to reflect on historic justice movements and how they connect to today’s protests and calls to end systemic racism. This conversation, which is open to all in the Drexel community, will be a facilitated dialogue where attendees will learn about these two men and their roles in making social change, discuss the importance of honoring history, and think about our individual contributions and collective path forward to a more just world. |
