Event Description
While primarily for rising juniors, seniors, and alumni who are considering applying to medical or dental school in the summer of 2021 for admission in 2022, anyone is welcome to attend. Preparing to medical and dental school is an involved and long process, and it is important to be ‘ready’ to submit applications in June 2021, the beginning of the application year for those who want to start medical/dental school in August 2022.
The workshop will provide guidance to students on “assessing their readiness” to apply to medical or dental school and advice on ways to enhance their credentials in preparation for the 2022 application process. Topics to be covered also include academic requirements and an overview of the yearlong timeline for the application process.
