Event Description This program is designed to help the consumer make vegetables a part of their lifestyle. Eating vegetables 5 times a day will help decrease calories in the diet and help with satiety! Come find out how you can increase vegetables in your diet for a Healthier U.
This 15-minute mini-workshop, brought to you by A Healthier U and the Center for Integrated Nutrition & Performance, will be followed by a fruit and vegetable buffet!
This workshop will be presented by staff from the Center for Integrated Nutrition & Performance. No registration is required. This workshop is open to the entire Drexel Community and will be held in the Recreation Center Lobby from 1:00-1:30.
If you would like to sneak in a little workout before the workshops, meet at 12:30 in the Recreation Center Lobby and join the Healthier U Walking Club for a 30 minute walk from 12:30-1:00! In the events of inclement weather (which includes heat!), you may opt to walk indoors. |
