Learning Objectives
- Describe the epidemiology of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) among adolescents
- Identify risks for HIV infection in order to integrate screening for HIV and referral for pre-exposure prophylaxis into their practice
- Identify recommended screening for STDs among the different populations they serve
Target Audience
Physicians, nurse practitioners, nursing personnel, fellows, residents, medical students and other health care professionals who take care of children
