Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of the activity, participants should be able to:
- Discuss knowledge of the patient population suitable for nasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV)
- Recognize the different modes of NIPPV
- Prevent intubations in the population appropriate for NIPPV
