Mindfulness of Emotions and Q&A with DUP Administration
Part I: Mindfulness of Emotions:
A satisfying and meaningful life requires us to have a balance of acceptance and change with the entire breadth of our mind and body. The workshop offers an introduction to the various roles thoughts and feelings can play in our lives. We will explore a variety of mindfulness-based skills to help participants take pause during difficult moments and connect with values-based actions. If you are interested in better understanding your emotional experience, learning some new mindfulness practices to improve well-being, or having a more effective relationship with your mind and body, then please join us in this experiential workshop.
