Event Description
A panel of esteemed judges, legal practitioners and scholars will discuss how the federal government's budget cuts affect federal judicial court system administration.
The panel includes Hon. D. Brooks Smith, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Hon. C. Darnell Jones, U.S. District Court for the Eastern
District of Pa., Richard Coughlin, Federal Public Defender, District of New Jersey Professor Tuan Samahon, Villanova University School of Law, Nina Carpiniello Spizer, Assistant Trial Unit Chief, Federal Defender, Eastern District of Pa.
 
The event is sponsored by the American Constitutional Society and the Drexel Federalist Society.
