Event Description Have you ever eaten a great bowl of bibimbap or fire roasted bulgogi and wondered how it was made? You are not alone. Until recently, Korean cuisine was one of America’s best kept culinary secrets. That is all about to change.
Offered through the Center for Hospitality and Sport Management's continuing professional education program, the ten-week, non-credit course on all things Korean will be held on Wednesdays from 1pm – 5:50pm. Explore the fundamentals and philosophy of Korean cuisine using traditional spices and regional ingredients.
The general public can register for this 10-week, non-credit course for only $100. The class will begin on September 23rd and runs through December 9th.
