The Peace Index: Peace Day Philly 2015

Event Description
In celebration of Peace Day Philly 2015, Drexel University will host guest speaker Michelle Breslauer from the Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP).

 

The IEP develops new conceptual frameworks to define peacefulness; provides metrics for measurement; uncovers the relationship between peace, business and prosperity; and promotes a better understanding of the social, economic, and political factors that drive peacefulness. Kristy Kelly, PhD, will moderate this interactive discussion, in which students will learn about and discuss the Global Peace Index.
