As leaders in higher education, we want to bring our best selves to work, focused on meaningful objectives and inspiring others to be their best. This talk will help you to make space in your work life for the renewal that comes from practicing mindfulness in the workplace, awakening your natural and instinctual ability to bring out the best in yourself and others.

Join us on April 18 as we explore the powerful potential of mindfulness to help us cultivate meaning, purpose and joy in our own lives and in our Drexel University community. Michael Carroll, author of Awake at Work, The Mindful Leader, and other influential books on bringing mindfulness to the workplace, will lead each session.

This event is part of a day-long series of events. You are welcome to attend one or multiple sessions, as your schedule allows. All events will be held in Behrakis Grand Hall, Creese Student Center, at 32^nd and Chestnut streets, and will be simultaneously webcast. Faculty and staff are asked to register through Career Pathway to attend either in person or by webcast. Students do not need to RSVP in order to attend.
