Event Description

Have you ever found yourself trying to negotiate expectations with a customer or colleague and reached an impasse? Have you wished you were more skilled in identifying common goals and finding solutions that work for everyone, while maintaining a positive working relationship?

This workshop, based on William Ury and Roger Fisher’s book Getting to Yes, is intended to help you do just that. By exploring strategies like separating the people from the problem and focusing on interests rather than positions, participants will see how they can use principled negotiation in action.
