Event Description

Participants will identify their communication style under stress, learn the value contrasting statements have in critical conversations and demonstrate mutual purpose conversing in this 2.5 hour interactive professional offering.   The session is based on Patterson, Grenny, McMilllan and Switzler's book, Crucial Conversations:  Tools for talking when stakes are high.
