Staff Grand Rounds: Keep Calm and Make It Safe

Event Description

Staff Ground Rounds is a continuing education series for frontline clinical staff. Each learning session is designed to help attendees sharpen skills, keep up with the changing demands of today's health care environment, and continue professional growth.

All staff are welcome to attend these sessions. Attendance is mandatory for medical assistants, who may earn CE credit for their participation.

Keep Calm and Make It Safe
This course provides de-escalation techniques and information on how to maintain your personal safety both in and out of the workplace. It is part of the Culture of Health & Wellness Series.
