Event Description
Winter is the time of rest and replenishment, according to the wisdom of Chinese Medicine, but winter tends to be the season of burnout, seasonal depression and restlessness in our culture.
This event is open to all faculty and professional staff. During this workshop, we will explore seasonal health tips and self-care and meditation practices to help you settle into the stillness and calm of winter so that you don’t feel as anxious or depleted. No previous meditation experience is required to attend or benefit from this workshop.
Come learn how to go with the flow of winter rather than struggle against it.
