This holiday season, thousands of families in Philadelphia will not have a holiday meal to celebrate over.
At Drexel, it is a priority to assist under-served communities and one way is through our longest-standing alumni tradition, the Alumni Turkey Project. In honor of the 44th year of the project, Drexel hopes to provide 1,440 turkeys and give 1,440 families a reason to celebrate.
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
Any gift, regardless of size, makes a difference. A donation of $25 provides a turkey for one family. Give the gift of a meal this holiday season and know that your donation will have a direct impact on members of our community who need it the most.
HELP A FAMILY:
If you'd also like to help distribute turkeys, join us at the Armory on Thursday, Dec. 14. Hand out turkeys to community organizations and see firsthand the impact that the Turkey Project makes on our community. Dress warmly! |
