Holding Your Drink: 3,000 Years of Drinking Vessels from the Drexel & Salzberg Collections Opening

Event Description
Please join us Friday, December 8th at 5:30pm for an opening reception for the exhibition Holding Your Drink: 3,000 Years of Drinking Vessels from the Drexel and Salzberg Collections located in the Anthony J. Drexel Picture Gallery and Rincliffe Gallery on the 3rd floor of the Main Building. The exhibition displays drinking vessels from around the world and explores their multiple functions, materials and ritual meanings. The exhibition was curated by students in the 2017 "Exhibitions and Programming" class of Drexel's Graduate Museum Leadership Program.
 
The exhibition runs from December 8, 2017 through March 16, 2018 and is free and open to the public.
