Event Description
The recipients of the 2012 President's Awards will be announced at the President's Awards Ceremony.
The Awards Ceremony will be held on Monday, November 12, 2012 from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. in the Drexel Recreation Center on the University City Campus. Enter from Lancaster Walk between 33rd and 34th Streets through the set of double glass doors.
All Drexel University faculty and professional staff, along with winners and their families and nominees, are invited to attend.
Parking: Drexel University Garage:
Complimentary parking for the 2012 President's Awards will be available in the Drexel University Parking Garage, located on the southeast corner of 34th and Market Streets. The gates will open automatically.
To enter the parking garage while traveling west on Market Street (away from City Hall and Route 76), make a left on 34th Street at the light. Make a right at the light if traveling east on Market, towards City Hall. Then, make an immediate left onto Ludlow Street and enter the garage from the rear of the building.
To proceed to the ceremony in the Recreation Center Gymnasium, please exit the garage via the elevator banks on Market Street. Walk to the left to the corner of 34th and Market Streets. Cross Market Street at the traffic light and proceed one half block up 34th Street and turn right onto Lancaster Walk. The entrance for the Recreation Center will be on your right off of the fitness plaza (the double doors by all glass windows). |
