Event Description
The Graduate College of Drexel University invites faculty, professional staff, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate student leaders and instructors to participate in a virtual retreat, "On the Horizon: Navigating Challenges and Opportunities in Graduate & Online Education".

The retreat will provide an opportunity to hear from university leadership and subject matter experts about challenges and opportunities in graduate and online education, such as gainful employment and curricular design and use of AI.

10:30 a.m. Main Retreat Topic: AI in Graduate & Online Education

Transparency and ethics with Rebecca Rich, JD, Assistant Dean for the Law Library and Technology Services, Assistant Teaching Professor, Thomas R. Kline School of Law

Research and academic applications with Matthew Stamm, PhD, Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the College of Engineering, and Hilde Van den Bulck, PhD, Department Head and Professor of Communication, College of Arts and Sciences

Administrative and professional applications with Edward Kim, PhD, Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science in the College of Computing and Informatics
