Event Description
On April 24–26, 2015, the International Orchid Show will transform the Academy into a spectacular world of orchids.
For three days only, the luscious fragrance of thousands of orchids from all over the globe will fill the Academy’s diorama halls. Colorful orchids arranged in stunning displays and brought to their prize-worthy peaks will delight orchid experts and novices alike.
- Take tours with the experts of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Orchid Society
- Attend lectures and talks on orchid cultivation for beginner and experienced orchid growers
- Visit an extensive market to purchase plants, gardening supplies, and other treasures from all over the world
- Enjoy delicious meals and snacks in the Academy’s famous Dinosaur Hall

Orchid Show Hours
Thursday, April 23: Museum closed for Orchid Show setup
Friday, April 24: Special museum hours, noon–6 p.m.
Saturday, April 25–Sunday, April 26: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
The Orchid Show is free with General Admission
Adults: $15.95
Children, Seniors, Military, and Students: $13.95
Groups of 10 or more: $12.95 per person (children $10.95)
