Stop by Sidecar Bar & Grille to try Drexel Food Lab Manager Ally Zeitz's Verde Hot Chicken Wings, featured on the menu for one night only! A Center staff favorite, these wings are brined in seasoned buttermilk, lightly floured, then dipped in hot oil made from green jalapeno and duck fat. Served with pomegranate yogurt and pickled onions. Wow. We've even been told by one picky eater, 'They're the best wings I've ever had'. No joke. Come early as we're selling them until their gone and we don't know how long they'll last.

Sidecar Bar's Cock-A-Doodle-Doo Monthly Wing Event features a new wing every month from one of Philly's top chefs. Support the Drexel Food Lab, our culinary students, and come out to meet some of the Drexel CHSM crew.
