CEO Lead Event: Leadership - Lessons in Life

Event Description
Freddy Padilla, Drexel graduate (class of 2010) and MBA candidate, will engage participants in an active discussion on leadership and how it is reflected in our daily lives. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about themselves and their peers through personal reflection and sharing their own challenges where leadership has been called to action. Exercises on negotiation and game theory will be
utilized to create an interactive and fun teaching environment while participants learn more about how groups interact with each other in
different challenging situations. At the end of the session, participants will be able to use what they have learned in real-world scenarios, whether it be on the job or in the classroom.
